Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Forestso. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unused/unworn: Items must be in original condition—tags attached, no stains, odors, or damage.

  • Original packaging: Includes all labels, accessories, and manufacturer documentation.

  • Timeframe: Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (postmarked within 14 days).

  • Reason: Eligible for quality defects, incorrect size/color, or shipping errors (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance/sale items.

  • Gifts or free promotional items.

  • Items damaged after use or due to customer mishandling.


2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service (service@forestso.com) within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Order number.

  • Photos/video (if claiming damage or defect).

  • Reason for return/exchange.

Step 2: Await approval. We’ll email you:

  • Approved return address (do not ship to the carrier’s parcel address).

  • Return authorization number (required for processing).

Step 3: Ship the item back:

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method (customer covers return costs).

  • Include the original invoice and return form.

Note: Unauthorized returns (e.g., sent without approval) will be rejected.


3. Refunds & Processing

Refund Scenarios & Timelines:

  • Cancellation (before shipment):

    • Full refund if requested within 24 hours of payment.

    • 10–15% fee applied for cancellations after 24–72 hours.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items:

    • Refund or replacement processed within 7–12 business days after warehouse inspection.

  • Approved Returns:

    • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for Forestso errors).

Note: Bank processing times may add 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect.


4. Shipping & Fees

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs and insurance (recommended for items >$80).

  • Forestso responsibility: Covers return shipping only for our errors (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Import taxes (U.S. customers): 10% duty fee applied at checkout is non-refundable.


5. Important Notes

  • Late/missing returns: Requests postmarked after 14 days will be denied.

  • Lost/damaged returns: Customers are liable for return shipping risks; we recommend insurance.

  • Customs/delivery failures: No refunds for address errors, unpaid duties, or carrier delays.
